Let me guess: You have seen a sailor effortlessly pass by, and only the quiet rumble of the engine and the rumble of the wheels tell you they are coming. Maybe you’ve been on board all your life and wanted to try something new, or maybe you were looking for this car to make your trip easy and even fun. The electric longboard seemed like one thing. So you looked online, but either the price was too high or you weren’t sure if the low price meant the bad quality. If this sounds familiar, you’re just like the founders of Lectric Longboards.
When the founder of the Lectric longboard, Levi Conlow of Grand Canyon University, saw a student step on an electric longboard, he knew he had to have one. He was stopped by the price of the tablet. At $1,500, the cost of an electric blackboard was too high for Levy and his classmate Nathan Cooper. They therefore decided to set up a committee that would compete with the more expensive commissions and offer a better price to the students
Long electrical panels LS
The electric longboard is an investment. This is a vehicle that will cover the last kilometres of your journey or even the entire journey. They want it to be fast and reliable, and they don’t want the bank blown up. This is the balance that Lectric Longboards wanted to find, and in 2017 the company introduced LS. Lectric Longboard LS advertises with a higher speed and a stronger construction than its competitors, while offering a lower price. Made from Canadian maple, with wheel hubs and two different speed modes, the Lectric Longboard LS has the same characteristics as many of its competitors, at a price that even the biggest riders can afford.
LS Electrical remote indication panels Specification
The most remarkable feature of the Lectric Longboards LS is their ability to reach 25 miles per hour. These are high-speed savings with a maximum range of 15 to 18 miles. The rider can choose between ecological and ridiculous attitudes. This allows the rider to set the board at maximum speed or save energy over a long distance. Electric longboards partially control speed and durability due to their motor design. LS contains two 300 watt motors in the wheel hub. Lifting engines are more efficient and powerful than other units. With them there is more space on the board, because the central machine would take up more space. This also makes the board quieter and allows the Lectric Longboards LS to regenerative braking. In regenerative braking, the engines act as generators when the board slows down.
The LS electric longboard weighs 13 pounds and you can ride it even when the battery is low. So if you’ve exhausted your 18 mile performance reserve, carrying or riding a board is always a viable and simple option. The reverse mode means that the board can move lightly in both directions using only its own engines, and a 20% slope on hills will send you and your board to the steepest hills.
The Longboard LS Lectric costs between $580 and $600, with a 90-day warranty. The delivery time is two to three days in the United States and Canada and four to eight weeks for shipments to Europe. They are only available on the Lectric Longboards website. Lectric Longboard produces and installs its boards in Phoenix, AZ.
The Lectric Longboards LS model enters a highly competitive market. The main competitors are Boosted Boards, Koowheel, Inboard and Acton. Since Lectric Longboards’ main selling point is costs, most competitors are lagging behind in this respect.
At a glance, Boosted Boards’ Boosted Plus offers both the best-known brand and the highest price. Its smaller, reinforced Mini S offers more mobility and portability, but loses some of the power and range of the Plus. Koowheel’s D3M and Acton Blink S-R offer the most competitive prices for the LS electric longboard, although they sacrifice design and range. Internal M1 is at the heart of the price and performance of three competitors.

The M1 electric skateboard is the average competitor, but still the second most expensive. The M1 is robust and easy to control and offers many user-friendly features. It includes a splash proof cover, three speed settings and a smartphone application. The smartphone application provides firmware updates, a dashboard to check the car’s power supply and even a starter when the remote control is charging. Beginners on the M1 have set a speed limit of 5 miles per hour, which means that new stewardesses can feel comfortable before going at full speed. Boosted Mini S offers a budget option to compensate for the costs of the board of directors of its siblings, Boosted Plus. The Mini S is almost half the price of a large board and changes the range and power into a light and agile board. The Mini S is built with a bucket deck to help riders maintain their position on a relatively small board. It is sold as a suburban board that is easy to transport and stack. It also has a rear structure that allows the driver to move around easily in suburban traffic. To increase range and speed, the Mini X includes upgrades that work for the same price as the Inboard M1. At Amazon customers gave Boosted Mini X 4.1 5 stars. For many riders the strength of the board in combination with its small size was a strength, although critics see the weight of the board as a disadvantage.
- Price: $750 to $1000
- Range: 7-14 miles
- Speed: 18 to 20 miles per hour
- Weight: 15 pounds (S), 16.8 pounds (X).
At Amazon, customers gave Boosted Mini X 4.2 5 stars. For many riders the strength of the board in combination with its small size was a strength, although critics see the weight of the board as a disadvantage.

Koowheel D3M announces at the lowest level about $60 more than LS Lectric Longboards. Like the M1, it has an easily replaceable battery, so drivers don’t have to worry about a power outage on the road. What’s more, Koowheel seems similar to the competition and offers nothing particularly unique. Simply put: Koowheel is a standard card that contains most of the essential characteristics of the competitors without bringing much innovation. 71% of Amazon customers awarded this model 3 or 5 stars. However, it is worth mentioning that others have given it a star and called it reliability problems.

Electric longboards Pro and Contra
During the development of the Lectric Longboards concept, the aim was to offer an economical and high-quality alternative to the $1,500 worth of electrical boards already available on the market. It meets the requirements of the price tag, but do the lower costs result in a product that is worth buying? Lectric Longboard LS has a lot to offer in terms of durability, range and speed. Although it performs many of the basic functions of more expensive cards, it does not include advanced features.
- The price tag: LS offers the lowest price among its competitors at $589.
- Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! Weight! The 13-pound board is one of the lightest, making it easy to carry when not in use.
- Speed and Range : With a top speed of 25 miles per hour and a maximum range of 18 miles, the LS can go as fast and as long as the most expensive scoreboards.
- Construction: By working with students of the CEO’s alma mater, the company has been able to expand into the United States while reducing costs.
- Deck equipment : A Canadian maple deck is harder and less resistant than other people’s wood fibre bodies.
- Driving modes : Both riding methods offer great versatility, but no speed for beginners to acclimatise new riders.
- Other features : LS ignores many additional functions such as lighting and auxiliary applications included on other boards.
LS electric longboards withsolid choice
LS electric longboards occupy a unique niche in the electric longboard market. Although it does not have the characteristics of established competitors such as Boosted Boards and Inboard, it promises basic functionality similar to those boards. The LS is closest to the Boosted Plus, one of the most advanced cards on the market. At the same time, it has handmade shelves at a price that production in the factory requires. The balance between the two makes this map useful for both beginners and experienced residents.
LS long electrical panels lag behind technology. Other boards, like the Boosted Plus and the M1, are equipped with boards that are closer to the snowboards in the construction. Wooden cores with elastic foam and solid fibreglass provide tear-resistant boards and smoother transitions. In particular, M1 has advanced features such as lighting and a telephone application that provides support and control to your board of directors. Moreover, it only has two different speed settings, which means that the learning curve is steeper. This in contrast to the cheap price of the Lectric Longboards LS, which would otherwise have to make the board attractive for longboards just to get into the sport.
Finally, LS’s long-distance power stations are a serious competitor on the long-distance power station market. Between the offer meeting or exceeding the other boards and the price of less than half of the most popular competitor, I think every rider should consider this board. It perfectly fills the niche of suburban advertising without any extra functionality. It adapts to the context, like a student committee.
